About this role In this role, you will use Grant Thornton's proprietary global audit methodology, the latest technology to drive an efficient and effective audit process which will enable you to gain a wide range of assurance exposure including:
Independent statutory audit of the financial reports of a wide variety of entities including public listed and unlisted companies, proprietary companies, incorporated associations and other not-for-profit entities and government bodiesPreparation of complete and accurate audit work papersIdentifying and reporting on client financial risksUsing your analytical skills to analyse clients' financial statements and ensure they adhere to statutory requirementsResearch of difficult technical issues and application of issues to clients' circumstancesSkills and experience Previous experience in external Audit & Assurance preferred.CA/CPA Qualification or other relevant overseas qualification would be preferredExcellent client relationship skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsSound knowledge of IFRSIf you are interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
