The Operational Excellence (OperX) team is focused on building products which deliver a high-quality, end to end travel experience for our customers. The team also focusses on uplifting the efficiency of other functions within the business including customer sales and customer service.

About the team The OperX team is pivotal to Luxury Escapes and relied upon by customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The team is currently working on our AI support assistant which is now solving hundreds of customers queries every week and also focusing on delivering our customers self-service functionality for all product verticals.

Your responsibilities Facilitate growth by building technology and tools that boost efficiency (i.e., our AI Chatbot, tools for Customer Service, Phone Sales, Production, Finance and more)Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.Engage with stakeholders to improve efficiency in our customer service, customer sales andfinance teams.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.Your background Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
