The Role

This role is at the heart of our supply chain operations, focusing on leading and managing the Demand Planning function with the goal of driving and leading a refined S&OP process. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating accurate sales forecasts, contributing to the annual sales budget, and enhancing our sales forecasting procedures. With a keen eye on sales performance and customer service, your efforts will ensure that our business remains adaptive and customer-focused.

As a Senior Demand Manager, you will:

Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasting models and processes, ensuring they meet the business's needs.Lead the demand aspects of the S&OP process and maintain efficient forecasting procedures.Monitor sales performance, identifying and communicating changes in forecasted demand promptly.Develop and maintain training materials for internal demand management, forecasting, and reporting.Work closely with the Commercial Team to optimize profit through product sales, maximizing net revenue and margins.Implement and refine demand planning systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and developing new reports to meet business needs.Key Skills

We're looking for someone with:

A degree in engineering, marketing, business management, commerce, or related fields. APICS CPIM Certification is advantageous.At least 5 years of experience in a Demand Manager role within FMCG or a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.Extensive knowledge of S&OP and MRP II concepts, statistical forecasting tools, and demand planning.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, coupled with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.More Information
