Our client is looking for aDepartment People Coordinator to join theirPerthteam.

You will be working side by side with our Technical Services group and will focus on providing support to enable our leaders to create an inspiring team environment.

This role would suit an experienced administrator with good communication and people skills who is invested in helping the team develop, grow and improve as this role is a focal point for the Technical Services team.

This is a 10 - 12 month Maternity leave cover and is Perth CBD based.

The role responsibilities include: Supporting the leaders to continually engage with their team members. Organising learning initiatives for team members including lunch and learns, corporate learning sessions, internal and external development opportunities. Working closely with our People Group to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, inductions and retention of team members. Ensure regular team communications methods are developed and maintained. Maintain workforce tracking including maintenance of personnel registers for training, competency and project allocations. Coordinate the graduate, vacation, work experience and STEM programs. Drives continuous improvement of the disciplines by proposing new initiatives. Other administration activities including calendar and expenses management that support our managers and the team. What you'll have You are passionate, you show initiative, and you're a proactive team player and communicator. Extensive years of previous administrative experience. Previous experience in a human resources focused administration role would be advantageous. You have great MS Office skills. You are a great communicator and collaborator and can work with limited direction. About Airswift
