What will your role be? This role is focused on Health, Safety and Environment for Mr Black. The role is responsible for the Mr Black sites and office. Injury Management will be a small function of this role. This role will be required to support other areas of the business as required particularly data analysis for the function. The role is based within a team comprised of a number of experts in their field.

This is an 8 month FTC, with a hybrid work model. You will be based in the Diageo site in Huntingwood 2-3 days a week. What does this role look like for you? Management of the health safety, environment and injury management systems including risk registers, risk assessments, safety promotion, safety assurance and policies

Support the MR Black Operational Management team with implementation and training of HSE initiatives

Support the Huntingwood and Field Sales Business with data input and analysis

Participate in the injury management program and return injured employees to work and assist with insurance agencies and brokers

Measurement, reporting and communication of safety indicators to all levels of the business.

Administer the cloud based incident management system - run reports and identify trends

What will you bring to the table? 3-5 years experience in HSE coordinator role ideally in manufacturing, transport or logisitcs.

Work in hazardous areas desirable.

Sound understanding of Safety Management Systems and risk management frameworks

Return to work experience is desirable

Experience in sustainability or environmental management will be looked upon favourably

Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma will be look upon favourably)

Return to Work credentials will be looked upon favourably
