What you'll do:

Drive revenue independently and manage a portfolio of business consisting of both agency and brand direct clientsIdentify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needsOverseeing a number of Sales and Marketing clients operationally and strategically as well as providing direction for how we go upstreamTake responsibility for more complex Sales and Marketing brand relationships. Apply business insights and industry knowledge to advance the client and TTD's goals. Persuade and lead senior level meetingsMaintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and platform functionality but is also able to think on a more macro-level and develop messaging which factors in the wider industry and trendsAssist with projects and go-to-market strategies which impact the wider BD team and start to develop the understanding and commercial insights needed for forecasting and other sales management techniquesLead a growing team of Account Executives/Senior Account Executives and deeply understand the team's strengths and weaknesses so decisions can be made to make the best use of individuals' talentsSupports development of individuals on their career path by creating specific measurable actions for them. Define success in terms of the whole team rather than individualsProvides feedback and opportunities for developmental discussions at annual performance reviews but also throughout the yearWho you are:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree8+ years of experience in online advertising in outbound sales. At least 3 years in a team management capacity3 or more years of experience managing direct reportsExperience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising rolesStrong communication skills with the ability to speak with senior levels and establish long-standing, consultative client relationshipsExisting relationships with decision-makers at major holding companies is a plusProven track record of exceeding revenue expectationsAn inspirational leader with strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach. Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of othersAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groupsExcellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skillsStrong quantitative skills and negotiations abilityAble to travel occasionally for business and internal meetings#J-18808-Ljbffr
