A few of your responsibilities: Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-CochereCoordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guestsSupervising a team of bellman and managing their performanceDemonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellenceCreating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memoriesWhat are we looking for? Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environmentPrevious experience in a 5-star establishment advantageousKnowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundsOutstanding presentation and communication skills What can we offer you?
