The brand has earned 19 major beauty awards from publications such as Allure, Cosmopolitan, and Glamour, and it proudly holds the title of the most liked and followed haircare brand on TikTok with 400k followers! One of our newest brands, Being is a community-led haircare brand offering a range of moisture-rich products, including shampoo, conditioner, treatment, and styling products, designed to cater to all hair types. Created to meet you exactly where you are, Being aims to finesse and de-stress your natural hair, rather than forcing it into something it's not. Whether your hair is curly and coarse or fine and flat, we're here to guide you through a custom routine to unlock your best hair yet. This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the biggest beauty launches for Walmart USA in 2024. The right candidate will gain valuable experience in launching and building beauty brands globally, starting with one of the world's largest retailers. Being is among the first brands available in a mass retailer in the US that enables people with all hair textures, types, and needs to purchase from a single brand, conveniently located on one shelf at an affordable price point. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Marketing Manager to champion this new Haircare brand, managing best in class marketing strategy from ideation through to execution in order to drive business growth. In this exciting role, you will work with Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to build this new brands' presence. This brand is one of the biggest beauty launches for Walmart US in 2024! (classified as a Tier 1 launch for the retailer) and targets Gen Z consumers, so the ideal candidate will be a lover of TikTok, and across all the latest pop culture trends and influencers in the US in particular. WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn, plan and execute end-to-endmarketingcampaigns that drive awareness and sales for BeingLead execution of the end-to-end campaigns, working with global, agencies and commercialManage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, with a particular focus on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend. Responsible for ensuring profitable brand growth and deploying marketing resources in a way that achieves key financial targets.Develop and manage relationships with retailers to deliver localisedmarketinginitiatives includingmarketingcampaign implementation, in-store executions and event activations and targeted campaigns around retail promotion calendarManage the global consumer reviews program alongside the marketing lead- set this up prior to launch to ensure there is a run of reviews to appear on retailer websites at launchWork with design and content team on the development of brand launch assetsWork with copy team on development of brand communications frameworks and brand narrativesWork with performance marketing team to deliver on targeted local digital ad campaigns to drive sales in each marketDevelop and execute PR and influencers strategies (paid and organic) in each market, with the support of agency partners when requiredCommunication to relevant stakeholders on overspending/funds availabilityExperiment with various organic and paid partnerships post-launch, tracking results based on objectiveBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media, influencers, KOL, agenciesKeep up to date with relevant trends, developments and technology in relation to the role and suggest new ideas, processes and/or strategies where relevantWork with sales to deliver retailer/trade launch presentations to gain buy-in for rangingSupport and grow junior team and share knowledge regularly in tutorial and learning sessionsGeneral support to team as requiredWHAT YOU'LL NEEDWe are looking for a Brand Manager / Marketing professional looking for their exciting next step into the Marketing Manager role after 3 solid years of Brand Marketing experienceYou have knowledge and application of marketing principles and practices; content creative development, influencers, PR, activations, events, social media, budgeting, and analysisMarketing experience in the personal care and beauty space would be preferredYou have strong interest in looking at trends especially on social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc and you love the beauty space!You are proactive and an excellent communicator who is confident to build relationships with different partners, internal teams, clients and major stakeholdersAbility and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high growth environmentYou are excited to contribute to our amazing office culture!
