Data & Reporting Analyst Job Description Summary

Critical client-facing role providing expert support for reporting and business systems. Job Description About the Role: The Data & Reporting Analyst will work at the major banking account, encompassing all service lines (Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Shared Services, PSC, Risk & Compliance). This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all data and reporting system requests within the account. The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the reporting portal (Triana/Power BI) and all reporting templates (Excel), as well as overseeing automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) processes. Under the guidance of the Senior Business & Systems Improvement Manager, and in collaboration with the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and Operational Excellence team, the successful candidate will provide ongoing support to the account team and the client by resolving BAU technology issues and assisting in the rollout of Cushman & Wakefield technology initiatives.

About You: Maintain and enhance the reporting portal (Power BI) by creating and updating dashboards and reports and analysing data requirements.

Maintain and improve automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) by creating and updating automation workflows.

Provide ad hoc reporting and support other teams with their data requests.

Document user requests and change requests to support change management and quality control. Monitor and investigate data issues reported by other teams to understand their causes and take measures to prevent recurrence.

Run and analyse data integrity reports to identify root causes of data quality issues.

Document reporting and business systems processes and identify improvement opportunities to facilitate effective data management and systems operation.

Monitor performance to ensure data quality and consistency and to provide accurate reports across the account.

Act as a system administrator for reporting and business systems, ensuring their smooth functioning and providing technical support as needed.

Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Degree in IT or equivalent

Demonstrated skills in Power BI and Power Automate development.

Alteryx, Excel VBA, ERP experience desired

Experience in reviewing and improving data quality

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Genuine passion for supporting and continual learning
