They currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team. You will be guaranteed to be motivated and inspired working for this firm!

The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be an experienced HR Coordinator with a passion to assist with developing and delivering on firm objectives whilst continuing to build on the firms' positive culture. This is an internally focused role which will suit someone who has experience working in a professional services environment. There is a real opportunity to thrive!

You will be undertaking the following duties and as such will already have experience in being responsible for:

Providing HR Administration support to the team Maintaining the HR inbox Responding to staff queries - assisting when able and escalating as required Updating and maintaining HR files Assisting with research on HR related matters Assisting HR Manager with compilation of reports when required Providing assistance to the HR team to support projects/initiatives Undertaking duties associated with the employee well being program Assisting with coordination of training Undertaking recruitment duties Assisting with induction and training of new staff members Undertaking onboarding processes Assisting with WHS Providing assistance to the HR Manager as needed with client consultation projects About You

To be considered for this position it is imperative you have experience working in the professional services sector. Experience working in a public practice accounting firm will be very highly regarded. Additionally, you will have the following:

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role Experience using ELMO or a similar system Desire to assist management to reach set goals and achieve success Positive, career focused attitude with exceptional communication skills Analytical and systematic approach to work
