An overview of our role: The Human Resources Business Partner at Jemena is a true HR generalist. You'll be embedded into your functional group (Gas Transmissions) as a trusted business adviser and people expert where no day will be the same as you pivot from day-to-day governance to initiating people related projects.

Reporting to the HR Manager, Network Services you'll sit within our large people support team drawing on specialist functions such as Payroll, HR Services, Talent Acquisition & OD.Your functional group will be made up of blue-chip employees across Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales. It is also worth noting that once a quarter, there will be the need to travel interstate and to regional locations to engage with your stakeholders.
