Job Description Act as the primary front-line contact, fostering strong relationships with customers.Address engineering challenges promptly and effectively to ensure optimal conveyor system performance.Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager and Engineering Team to provide tailored solutions.Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and convey them to the team.Work closely with the sales and project management teams to coordinate customer requirements. Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProficiency in Autodesk - AutoCAD and InventorKnowledge of conveyor components design, advantageousExperience with FEA software, advantageousPossession of a Western Australian C-class driver's license or equivalent.
