Partnering with Freelancers, Internal Creatives, Agencies and key internal stakeholders, the Global Content Manager will play a multi-faceted role, whereby he/she will be part creator of assets and content (art direct, content design, model casting, editing); part strategist, building our brand image and positioning; and part brand custodian, proactively guarding all branded content to ensure assets are on-brand and aligned with our overall business direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and manage all aspects of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.Provide production oversight for content creation across key brand channels (web, social, in-store) to ensure they meet strategic brand milestones and are in line with objectives and scope.Develop the Image shot list OR guide designers in creating the shot-list for production. Including: mood boards, compositional concepts, lighting, art direction, prop lists and casting briefDevelop the video treatments, scripts, and shot list/storyboard, select music options, and define motion graphic treatment (if required).Brief and manage external Freelancers, Internal Creatives, Agencies.Be the brand custodian, ensure that the visual identity & brand voice remains consistent.Be the creative lead at each stage of the marketing funnelDeliver brand content that can be replicable/ adaptable across Global Markets.Integrate content pillars, where relevant, across all consumer touchpointsPartner closely with the Community Team to ensure Global Social channels are reflective of our content strategy and brand communications.Interested?
