Line up your life and career with us at Barwon Health in Geelong, Victoria Excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team providing care for patients in their homesOngoing professional development in a supported work environmentPermanent part time position - 40 hours a fortnightBarwon Health's McKellar Centre is located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. There a 100 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Centre (IRC) offers Rehabilitation, Geriatric Evaluation and Management and Palliative Care. This Centre has recently began providing care in patients' homes. Palliative Care at Home is the most recent addition to their 'at Home' services.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will provide holistic care to Palliative Care patients. This care will be provided in the consumer's home and will also place a high emphasis on carer support.
We are looking to recruit ENs to work morning and nights shifts. Weekend work will also be required.
