Great junior-level opportunity in our MYER Digital Marketing TeamPlay a key role in our Digital Marketing initiatives, picking up new skills & projects in a fluid teamFlexible hybrid working model - work from both our centrally-located Docklands office and the comfort of your homeMyer is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the digital marketing team to drive both online and in-store traffic, revenue, profit, and customer acquisition. You will assist with the ongoing management of digital marketing channels, campaign and calendar alignment, as well as ongoing reporting and analysis. 

About the Role: Coordinate with the marketing and online trade teams to align, brief and implement creative, messaging and priorities across digital marketing channelsContribute to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specifications, and messaging Deliver internal reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels as necessaryCollaborate and build relationships with new and existing agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational tasksManage workload and meet deadlines in an efficient manner, always delivering high quality workAssistance and collaboration with new projects and initiatives About You: 1+ years professional experience in a similar field i.e. digital marketing, analytics and/or large organisationDemonstrable experience working with data in Excel (I.e., v-lookups, pivot tables and basic functions), and comfortable working with numbersAbility to communicate confidently (written & verbally) and articulately to stakeholders of all levelsDynamic thinker with strong attention to detail and organisation skillsAnalytical and driven by data to make decisions - always asking 'why' and looking to learnA 'can-do' attitude with a strong desire to grow and succeed within the roleMotivated, adaptable, and willing to help with diverse types of tasks to support the teamAn understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including campaign management, tracking, and reportingBenefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discountsAccess to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work!A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for successCareer growth and succession opportunities across the businessWe'd love to hear from you even if you don't meet all the criteria listed above.
