Your Role in Our Mission

Following our recent £1.15bn acquisition by global benefits leader, Edenred, the combination of our operations and technology with Edenred's position as a global market leader across 1 million corporate clients in 45 countries offers an accelerated path to achieve our mission of 'making the world a better place to work'. 

We are looking to even further advance our mission across the APAC region and need you to lead and grow APAC's commercial financial management. The primary goal is to be a business partner to our APAC Managing Director and senior department leaders, provide financial APAC shareholder/commercial packs to key stakeholders and lead on financial modelling and analysis to enable leaders to make informed business decisions and support APAC M&A activities.

CA, CPA or equivalent) and a minimum of 10 years experience in FP&A / Financial Management Ability to demonstrate best practice commercial financial modelling and to coach the team to deliver the same high-quality planning and analysisExperience of evaluating acquisitionsStrong background in business partnering roles, utilising strong commercial savvy, providing high level advice and expert analysis on all aspects of business performance and planning to leaders/senior managers with proven success in value add and operational improvementExperience of building new reporting and complex data modelling from scratchPrior experience of guiding, coaching, managing and collaborating with team members within different time zonesResilience to work in a high-growth environment across global locations and working with key global internal customersGood command of Tableau and/or other analytics toolsGood commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to convey financial information to audiences of all levelsThe Interview ProcessTelephone call with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner1st stage online interview with the APAC Managing Director and the Group Financial Controller Final stage online interview with our CFO.  Be comfortable.
