We are looking for Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join the unique Nando's culture. Bring your energy and passion, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to set the standard and pace - coaching, inspiring and growing. Because you believe in helping Nandocas (our staff) be the very best they can be - inside and outside of Nando's. Your day-to-day is all about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and a space for your team to grow and develop. You will be fully supported and trained at Nando's Chadstone and Wareca before opening our new location in May 2024.

We're looking for: An experienced leader or someone with previous management experience in fast casual dining or similar is preferred, but not essential.

A bucket-load of passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.

Excellent communication skills.

A people-focused individual, who loves to coach, mentor, and develop Team Members from all walks of life.

A passion for running restaurants brilliantly - serving up high quality food and making every customer feel welcome.
