We are looking for IT Support Technician to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.
Responsibilities Work with clients to design, implement, and maintain network systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related technical issues. Monitor network systems to identify potential problems and implement necessary solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures. Keep abreast of emerging network technologies and trends. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as an IT Network Support Specialist. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment. Familiarity with network security, including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems. Experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VLAN environments. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and subnetting. Dedication to staying updated on emerging network technologies and trends.
