As HR Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change and innovation within this organisation. Here's what you'll be up to:
Assisting in the design and implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions and operational change programs.Being a champion for change, advocating for our transformational processes to employees and managers.Collaborating with our Senior HR Business Partners to craft new Position Descriptions and job evaluation processes, ensuring our team is set up for success.Supporting our annual salary survey reviews and job matching processes to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.Playing a key role in our talent and succession planning, helping to nurture and develop our top talent.Providing guidance and support to line managers on employee development plans. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or a related field.Previous experience in HR operations, coordination, or advisory, including exposure to performance and succession planning cycle and job evaluation.Impeccable ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.Comfortable and experienced working across the full employee lifecycle.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.Knowledge of Australian employment law.Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
