What role will you play? This is a unique position where you will gain exposure working across every business and support group in Macquarie, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and deepening your knowledge of business and operational processes across the enterprise. You will lead the execution of a reference data management operating model across the organisation, enhancing and embedding processes and guidelines to facilitate and uplift reference and master data management practices
What you offer A strong background in data management, leading or participating in complex initiatives, and a thorough understanding of enterprise data governance and data management practices (exposure to data product management, reference data or master data practices is advantageous)Excellent communication skills and experience working with the business stakeholders and gaining buy-in for data oriented initiatives, including facilitating changes to controls and frameworksExperience working with technical teams in a large enterprise environment to source dataKnowledge and understanding of operationalising roles, processes and tooling The ability to understand and communicate the bigger picture and have a strategic view of change and transformationWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
