The opportunity:

We have afull-time 12-month contractedopportunity for ahospitalpharmacist to join our Epic Pharmacy team at St Andrew's Private Hospital.

Working Monday to Friday, you'll have the exciting opportunity to partner with clinical teams,deliver optimum patient-centred pharmaceutical care, and develop a broad range of hospital skills in a fast-paced and supportive pharmacy environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with an expert team of allied health professionals and doctors to leave a positive impact on patient care.

In this role, you'll: Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy productsCoordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and dischargeDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patientsSupport patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employeesEducate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines Who are we looking for?

You'll:

Be a Registered Pharmacist with experience working in an Australian pharmacyHave a compassionate and team-oriented attitudeBe highly driven to achieve the best possible care through your high attention to detailBe driven by the desire to have a positive impact on another person's lifeHave time management, communication and teamwork skillsEmbrace change and commit to learning

Eligibility Requirements: Minimum 1 year of dispensing experience in an Australian based pharmacyCurrent AHPRA registrationFull-time availability to work 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday (76 hours per fortnight) Who are we?
