Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday - AM 2. Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - AM 3. Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - AM 4. Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - PM 5. Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - AM Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.Administer medications as per care plans and maintain accurate records.Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support and companionship.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents. Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Compassionate nature and genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents.
