"Randstad Australia are seeking an experienced Wills and Estate Lawyer at a Reputable Newcastle based law firm! Are you passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future? Do you have experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning law? If so, we want to hear from you! My client is seeking a dedicated lawyer to assist clients with their estate planning needs. Responsibilities include drafting wills, creating trusts, advising on estate tax matters, and guiding clients through probate proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. YOU WILL: As a wills and estate lawyer, your duties typically revolve around assisting clients with planning for the distribution of their assets after death and ensuring their wishes are carried out effectively. Responsibilities will include Client Consultation, Drafting Legal Documents, Estate Administration, Asset Protection Strategies, Tax Planning, Estate Litigation, Continuing Education, Client Relationship Management, Collaboration with Other Professionals. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years post-admission experience as a lawyer. Experience in wills and estate law Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
