A Day in the Life: Clear, concise, and accurate communication via email and telephone regarding property search inquiriesProviding verbal information to conveyancing firms, agencies, and internal customers about property financial positionsLiaising with Rates, Recoveries, and Accounts Receivable teams regarding property arrears or related accountsGathering and investigating information from Council Departments for property searchesProcessing incoming search requests online or via mailMaintaining records in Council's property and document management systemPreparing refunds for applications and conducting quality assurance checks on searches The Ideal Candidate: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, particularly law or property economics, is highly regarded.High standard of numeracy and attention to detail.Knowledge in relevant laws and legislative frameworkHigh-level of customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) to present information clearly.
