Vacancy 1: Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (-)Availability: Afternoon and evening shifts, providing essential care and support to our residents during crucial hours. Vacancy 2: Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (-)Availability: Afternoon and evening shifts, contributing to the wellbeing and comfort of our residents through attentive care and assistance. Vacancy 3: Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday (11:00pm-07:00am)Availability: Overnight shifts, ensuring the safety and security of our residents while offering compassionate care and support throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: Providing personalized care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living.Assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, and medication management as required.Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained at all times. Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Compassionate nature and genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly residents.
