The role As a Senior Associate, Employeemunications you will be responsible for executing and deliveringmunications in support of the Corporate Affairs Strategy, consistent with NAB's Strategic Ambition. This includes developing employeemunication materials for colleagues across all parts of the business and providing strategic advice to NAB's most senior leaders. Key responsibilities: Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to: Support the planning, advice and execution of activities aligned to the Corporate Affairs Strategy with a specific focus on employeemunications and engagement across key colleague portfolios. Developing and executingmunications and engagement plans and messaging tailored to relevant internal audiences. Planning and execution of key leadership messages to all colleagues, as well as targeted messaging for specific cohorts where necessary. Drive business decisions that will build trust and drive change for the benefit of customers,munities and NAB, and by pursuing new, innovative, creative and effectivemunications approaches Work in collaboration with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and organisation, to ensure consistent alignment of NAB's messaging andmunications activity. Proactively manage risk, meet all policy andpliance requirements, perform controls, adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role, and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified. Ensure allmunications content and materials are delivered in line with these requirements. What you will bring: To succeed in this role, you will bring professional experience working in a similar role coupled with unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in fast paced, at times ambiguous andplex environment and have: 7 years' experience inmunications/Public Relations/Employee Engagement with accountabilities for managing leadership engagement and employeemunications. Previous experience inmunications with accountabilities for supporting major enterprisemunication projects. Innovativemunications and story-telling that are delivered in the appropriate style of language and channel for the target audiences. Support with the execution of internalmunications and pursue opportunities for integratedmunications (internal, external, social) wherever possible. Demonstrated stakeholder management,munication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
