Canterbury League Club is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual or permanent basis.    About the Role… In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:  Produce exceptional results across our food and beverage outlets Consistently create quality products in line with standard recipe cards Deliver an outstanding level of service Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests Multitask and work under pressure without compromising quality Prepare and produce menu items for service in cohesion with the kitchen brigade during busy service periods.    Do you have what it takes to raise the bar? What will make you stand out... Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery Previous experience in similar establishments Safe Food Handling Certification Demonstrated experience of working in a high-volume kitchen Strong knowledge of HACCP Outstanding communication skills Ability to work both autonomously and also in a team environment Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Full working rights in Australia    What's in it for you?
