The Valuation Panel Management team, part of RBS, is responsible for external valuation performance relating to home loans. We deliver the best valuation experience for all home loan customers and ensures the world's best end to end process. Do work that matters: We ensure our customers valuation experience is achieved through using industry best practice and developing strong relationships with panel valuers and key stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis you will: Lead and develop the capability of individuals to enable and gather information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Seek data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage to support continuous improvement efforts. Work with leadership teams to define and uplift business analysis capability and set performance metrics for valuations. Provide high level consulting, strategic or operational advice to stakeholders on the direction for business analysis activities including business process modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling, use case development; validity of business case; project scope and solutions. Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources. Assess and document the current state of business to identify and rmend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements. Determine the effectiveness of proposed solutions including the identification any associated risks as well as the risk for not implementing the solution. Develop documentation including Business Requirements documents and models; concept papers; design specifications and delivery of learning's to end user. Convert business needs into functional designs and leads business stakeholders towards functional design decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Valuation Supplier Partners and aggregators. Business Analyst mindset and experience with strong reporting and Data Visualisation skills in Excel and Tableau. Proven experience in driving high quality oues.
