About your opportunity:In this position you will be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of clinical practice and the provision of human and material resources within Ward 2 such as surgical, paediatric and medical whilst coordinating facility daily bed management and patient flow.About your role: Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.Accountable for providing sound professional leadership in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation and coordination of service programs in a defined practice area for groups and individuals with diverse requirements.Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities.
