Fraud & Scam OfficerJob Description Fraud & Scams Officer - Contractor Join our team and make a difference inbating fraud! How will I help? Bring your passion for customer service and play a vital role in protecting customers from fraudulent activities by helping to protect customers' financial transactions. As a Fraud Officer, your responsibilities will include: Detecting and managing card and digital fraud through inbound and outbound call handling. Conducting outbound calls to validate transactions, providing aplete customer experience. Assisting in the refinement of fraud detection rules and systems to minimize customer impact. Taking prompt action on fraud alerts, creatingprehensive fraud case files. Collecting relevant information to support investigations and prosecution. You will play an important part in our mission to provide accurate and timely responses to fraud detection, ensuring the trust and satisfaction of our customers. What's in it for me? In a word, lots! To excel in this role, the following experience is required: Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial industry. Knowledge of banking products and services, such as transaction accounts and credit/debit cards. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills. Intermediateputer capability. Fraud knowledge (desirable).
