You will demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary nursing workforce issues, the ability to lead projects and fully engage with relevant stakeholders and consumers.This position will:Contribute to delivering a future ready nursing workforce in Mental Health Community settingsEnrich the culture of learning and growth across the Mental Health Program and Monash HealthCoordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of education programs,

activities

and initiativesLead and engage early in career and transition mental health nurses working in community settings to build their

capacity

to deliver high quality nursing services to consumers,

carers
