Senior Exploration GeologistPerth WAPermanent Full Time PositionBe part of one of Australia's most exciting Lithium projectGreat TeamQualifications & ExperienceBachelor of Science in Geology.Minimum of 7 years' experience in mineral exploration with a good understanding of Lithium would be a benefitBack to back with the other senior2 plus years' experience as a Senior, confident and experienced in managing people.Experience working with various exploration datasets and ability to conduct geological interpretation and develop working geological models.Relevant understanding of QAQC procedures, drilling and sampling practices and standard gold industry laboratory analytical methods.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; andHas a current Australian Driver's Licence (can drive a manual transmission).Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReports to the Exploration Manager or nominated person.Commitment to working safely and the promotion of safe working practices with colleagues and contractors.Planning, implementation and efficient management of exploration programs, including drilling, in a timely and safe manner; on budget and in compliance with Heritage and statutory requirements.Timely and accurate collation of geological data required for internal reporting and external publishing of exploration results.Assessment of exploration results and make recommendations for further work.Generate and interpret targets utilising geological, geochemical and geophysical data.Able to work remotely if required.Effective communication and leadership of field staff and contractors.Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.Candidates must be living in Australia and have independent working rights to apply.Proudly Australian owned and operated, AndersElite Professional Recruitment are experts in white collar recruitment services to the private and public sectors.
