Role Summary: As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering engineering services from design to construction. Your expertise will guide medium to large-scale projects across multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and excellence within ADP. This leadership position demands not only technical proficiency but also strategic vision to develop business plans and drive team performance.

About You: Experienced: Bringing 10+ years of civil engineering expertise, with a track record of successful project delivery. Qualified: Holding relevant tertiary qualifications and Chartered Engineering status (or equivalent). Communicative: Skilled in articulating complex ideas clearly and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Leadership-Driven: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Your strong capabilities in Civil 3D or 12D, sewer and water management, flood modelling, and a background in land development or roads will be highly regarded and a significant asset to our team.
