Position Summary

Associate Director Strategic Performance Monitoring Systems Permanent part time (0.5EFT) | Employment with benefits Based at Box Hill Hospital | Close to cafes and shops Unique leadership opportunities Join Eastern Health as our new Associate Director of Strategic Performance Monitoring Systems. This new, permanent part-time role (0.5 EFT) will see you managing and leading the continuous improvement of Eastern Health's Performance Monitoring operating system in collaboration with relevant stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. With a particular focus on our strategic objectives, you will champion the visibility of organisational performance and utilisation of data to drive decision making across Eastern Health. This role reports through the Strategy and Improvement Directorate, holding key relationships with the organisational leaders including the Executive and Board. About you To be successful in this role you will possess:

Graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline, health services management or other relevant qualification(s).  Experience in developing and implementing quality systems in health care or similar industry setting  Data management and analysis skills  Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills.  Demonstrated understanding of planning, developing and ensuring continuous improvement of quality health care services within a constrained budgetary environment.  Proven track record in analysing, allocating, developing and achieving organisational targets.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal  Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment .
