This role is responsible for day to day contact with our customers via multiple channels, assisting customers in virtual fitting appointments, looking after our customers in our HQ retail store and general retail & sales duties. You will be just as comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face, as crafting friendly and professional emails and customer communication.You must absolutely LOVE dealing with customers and be passionate about offering an amazing, unforgettable first class customer experience. You will enjoy building relationships to convert customers into long term she wear ambassadors and brand loyalists.This position is based at our HQ in Northgate and will be during general business hours, however some Saturdays will be required.This role will commence as part time (approx 2-3 days per week) with the potential opportunity to move to full time.DutiesProvide exceptional service and respond to customer enquiries via multiple channels (eg. phone, email, chat, social media)Offer impeccable customer assistance in our retail store/showroom and on virtual fitting appointmentsDevelop a strong product knowledge base and become a fit expert assisting customers with specialised fit enquiries and concernsInventory management such as stock reporting and orderingProcess returns and manual orders for retail, wholesale and corporate customersGeneral administration duties and projects as directed by our Founder and General ManagerAssist other team members when required, eg. dispatch or marketingAttending functions and eventsRotating after hours roster for social media and chat queriesYou willBe passionate about customer service and absolutely love dealing with, conversing and assisting people by offering a positive brand experienceHave a minimum 2 years of demonstrated retail, customer service or online customer care experience and a personal ethos to provide a great customer experience (preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment)Highly developed communication skills with the ability to craft professional and articulate written correspondenceBe comfortable and confident dealing with people in both in-person interactions and online communicationBe a problem solver with the ability to make recommendations and decisions with minimal supervisionBe highly organised and efficient with strong time management skillsHave an impeccable eye for detailHave a sunny disposition with a "can do" and motivated attitudeBe able to work autonomously, as well as be a great team playerHave experience with Shopify, Gorgias and inventory management systems (highly regarded)Free shoes for you or your loved ones .. do we need to say any more! ;) But seriously ...You will be joining an award winning, "think outside the box" growing business where our brand purpose, ethos and values are extremely important.We love to have a bit of fun and are proud of our team culture, so a positive "can do" attitude is just as important to us.
