Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 5 social media specialists, ensuring they are aligned with the agency's goals and are continuously developing their skills. Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid social initiatives, maintaining strong, transparent communication and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Campaign Strategy : Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to each fashion brand's objectives, ensuring alignment with the brands' overall marketing strategies. This includes selecting the right platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), formats (e.g., stories, posts, videos), and targeting criteria. Budget Allocation and Management : Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI. This involves ongoing optimization of spend based on performance data. Market Research and Insights : Conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience, including their preferences, behaviours, and the digital platforms they frequent. This involves staying updated with fashion trends and digital marketing practices. Creative Direction : Collaborate with creative teams to guide the creation of compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience. This includes ensuring the content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. Campaign Setup and Management : Set up and manage campaigns, including targeting, ad placements, and scheduling. This involves constant monitoring and adjusting of campaigns in response to performance metrics and KPIs. Performance Analysis : Regularly analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Utilize this data to make informed decisions about future campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (SEO, email marketing, content creation, Paid Search) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing strategies. What we are looking for  5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Social media strategy and execution, specifically within the Fashion, Retail and e-commerce sectors. Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong experience with other social media advertising platforms like Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok, depending on the brand's target audience. Strong experience in dealing with clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and communicating results effectively. Experience in leading a team of marketers, including training and mentoring junior staff. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across departments. Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate campaign strategies, changes, and outcomes effectively. Bonus if you have any relevant certifications.
