We are looking for a strategic marketer with innovative ideas, entrepreneurial mind set and strong customer focus.Join an exciting, fast-paced, and high-profile team driving the marketing strategy for our leading Haematology portfolio. You will partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to lead, develop and implement marketing strategies for current and pipeline indications.To be successful in this role you will build and maintain relationships with the cross functional team to collaborate on strategy and identify key priorities.Key Responsibilities include:Lead the cross functional development, execution and tracking of strategic and tactical plansResponsibility for development of short term and long-term product plans to deliver brand competitiveness and sustained market positioningUnderstand stakeholder expectations and develop partnerships with medical organisations, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises to support HaematologyCollaborate with the internal team (eg. Medical, Sales, Patient Experience, Customer Experience, Corporate & Government Affairs, Market Access) to optimise solutions for stakeholders that support HaematologyMonitor and analyse market dynamics, performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities to maximise the brand and portfolio.Responsibility (with Business Information colleague) for forecastingKey to success in this position will be your proven ability to demonstrate the following in a complex environment:Consistent track record of success in Specialty pharmaceuticals 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketingStrong strategic marketing abilityA leader in Omni channel marketing executionAbility to work cross functionally within a matrix organisationHighly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliverExcellent communication skills; and a collaborative, results-orientated style and approachA willingness to champion innovation with passion and tenacityHaematology or Oncology experience desirableRelevant degree-level qualifications - science, communications, business/commerce (an MBA or further qualifications will also be highly regarded)Johnson & Johnson can change everything including YOU
