Reporting to the Workforce Optimisation Manager, your new role as a full-time Senior Resource Analyst is critical in the success of a dynamic and complex business. Your key objective is the scheduling and planning required of the required FTE to manage workload and recommendations on potential queue and workload impacts to department performance strategy and initiatives.

This role will produce schedule modelling and statistical information for Beyond Blue Support Services, including providing the full suite of resource management services to a dedicated portfolio of businesses.

Key functions include: Producing schedule modelling and statistical recommendations to support stakeholder performance. Providing insights and recommendations though analysis and reporting to support business performance Keeping to budget, on track and adhering to business goals Provide reactive business changes within set timelines. Data analysis and insight to inform business decisions. Stakeholder liaison with leaders across the business, with collaborative and informed strategic insights About You:

You will be an accomplished and experienced Senior Resource Analyst with experience in Workforce Management across a complex business and portfolio.

You will also have the business acumen and commercial outlook, which enables you to present data to defined requests, with the right narrative and commentary around opportunities and risks.

High level understanding of WFM principles and methodologies Advance skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Exposure to Genesys Telephony preferred. High attention to detail whilst remaining adaptable to changes in business requirements. Sound and confident decision-making skills coupled with effective time management and organisational skills. High level leadership skills with the ability to role model required behaviours and values.
