Key responsibilities include:Teaching library lessons across P-6 and working as a key member of the Primary Academic teamAligning library/information services and ICT integration with learning across the curriculumProviding students with recommendations of quality literature and fostering their love of readingWorking with students from P-6 including extension reading groupsKeeping current library facilities including print & digital resources/teacher resourcesLeading & providing services & programs in collaboration with Senior Executive TeamManaging the library budget in accordance with school policiesCommunity engagement involving programming, collection development and outreach that welcomes cultural, linguistic, indigenous and other unique groups into the library and acknowledging the importance of families in the education process.You will need:Formal qualifications in education/librarianship and NESA accreditationExperience in a similar role and/or school environmentCurrent Working with Children CheckExcellent communication skills and IT literacySounds like you?
