Our Global Projects and Change team requires additional resources to meet increasing demand within the network for assistance in integrating and executing change management into existing programs. We represent our team both internally and externally, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And we're looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we help to build capability and competence within the team and across the network for learning, development and growth with respect to Change Management skill and expertise, within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in leading or managing a programme of projects to grow our Global Projects and Change team. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As a leader in the Global Projects and Change team, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in change and transformation, you'll lead a team by demonstrating ability to break down complex problems into concrete actions and deliverables. In our Global Projects and Change team, you'll also:

Have an oversight of all the Project Management Pillar client work providing guidance and steer to the pillar team. Work with the Pillar Lead as you will help the growth of the Project Management Pillar and delivery of GP&C Strategic Priorities Maintain a status overview of all projects, helping to resolve or escalate risks and decisions Establish a Project Management team and build a portfolio of clients Support the A Pillar Lead embed the GP&C Strategy Act as deputy to the Project Management Pillar Lead in their absence. Required Skills Demonstrate an understanding of how to deliver work within a global network of member firms; Possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills; Demonstrate an ability to be comfortable working in a flexible and ambiguous environment; Possess an agile mindset, being resilient and able manage difficult or political situations; Demonstrate an ability to be comfortable influencing and building relationships with stakeholders; Previous experience working in service delivery environments; Ability to pivot between being strategic and hands on based on the needs of the business; Relationship Management and possible line management; and, Lead with integrity and discretion.
