A multi-sector Perthpractice that focuses on Community projects is looking for a mid-level to SeniorArchitect with particular strengths in project development and construction stages.This studio is eager to find a passionate Architect with a strong understanding and care for high-quality design outcomes. You will be mentoring junior team members and have the ability to manage projects through to construction and delivery.
Key responsibilities Collaborate with architectural team Working closely with Directors on multiple and diverse projects Documentation production and management Coordinate with external consultants and contractors Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery, and implementation of drawing packages Provide support and mentoring to juniors in the team Skills and experience Proven experience in detailed documentation packages on small and large projects Working knowledge of the BCA and local authority regulations Relevant Architectural qualifications (registration not essential) Advanced Revit skills essential Applicant should have an eye for design Portfolio with relevant project experience Benefits and culture Flexible work environment Award winning projects Career development
