Join a dynamic team as a Senior Portfolio Performance Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and driving operational excellence. As a trusted advisor to the General Managers, you'll lead performance reporting, planning, investment decision support, and more. Your impact will extend across the Bank's Performance Chapter and Line of Business Leadership Team.

We're looking for Senior Managers with 5-6 yrs exp in portfolio management background who have managed small teams within the banking sector. Responsibilities: Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles to achieve business objectives efficiently. Track and report progress against objectives, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement. Develop and manage workforce strategy, aligning with financial targets. Establish and optimize operating rhythms and tools to enhance workflow. Support agility metrics tracking for improved execution and business value. Facilitate domain governance forums, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks. Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Coach and develop direct reports, driving consistent practices. Lead development of chapter practices and operational procedures. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Manage high complexity and change, with an enterprise mindset. Act as a conduit for information flow and issue escalation across teams. Ensure Line of Business adoption of delivery frameworks and methodologies. Skills and Experience: Strategic thinker with a background in strategy, program delivery, finance, or consulting as a Senior Manager and have had management experience in those roles. Experience working within an agile delivery environment, SAFe ideally Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation. Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Financial management expertise for accurate tracking and monitoring. Understanding of risk management in complex environments. Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
