About the role The LibraryPartnerships and Engagement Coordinator sits within our vibrant and energeticLibrary Services team at the City of Greater Dandenong. The team works across the municipality todeliver services, programs and resources for our uniquely diverse localcommunities.

The successfulapplicant will seek and maintain key partnerships, coordinate the developmentand evaluation of Library programs and events in line with strategic outcomes,activate Library and outreach spaces and coordinate library print and socialmedia.

About you To besuccessful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understandingof principles and practices of contemporary library services, strong leadershipand strategic thinking skills. You will have experience in project planning,implementation, and evaluation along with high level consultation, networkingand advocacy skills. You will have a demonstrated ability to buildrelationships, seek input, and advocate with a wide cross section of community,Council, and other government stakeholders.
