What this job involves: We've got an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Events Manager to join our team! You will ensure our programmes drive maximum value and business results. This role works transparently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, and also specialises in both online and offline events.

A snapshot of the role:

Creation of project plans and timelines across national campaign activity, in partnership with other marketersAct as trusted advisor around the delivery of events and sponsorships, utilise your excellent organisation and project management skills Manage delivery of key campaign components including landing pages/campaign hubs and digital assets as defined in campaign plansMonitor, optimise and report back on all activity to drive a culture of continuous improvementSound like you? This is what we're looking for: 5+ years demonstrable experience being part of successful B2B marketing campaigns and/or events, preferably within a professional services firmAbility to manage sometimes complex event logistics (both in-person and virtual), budget management and communications of internal and external meetings and eventsExcellent relationship building skills complimented by proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries and across the worldProficient in the use of martech stack including (but not limited to) WebEx, Eloqua, Salesforce, CRM, Teams and collaboration toolsWhat you can expect from us: As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
