An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified individual to join the Continuing Airworthiness Management Department in Wagga Wagga, NSW, as a Technical Records Officer.
This is a 38 hour per week role, spread over 5 working days.
Reporting to: This position reports to the Planning & Records Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities: Entering Aircraft Maintenance Data into the engineering database;Updating Engine logbooks after maintenance has been performed;Monitor and record the receipt of maintenance;Liaise with the Technical Support Manager and other Engineering personnel as necessary relating to matters that are the responsibility of the Technical Records Officers;Recording as directed, Engine Trend Data on a daily basis;Filing and archiving of Technical Records.Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated Computer literacy and data entry above standard user skills.Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.Proven ability to work in a close knit team environment, but also have an ability to work unsupervised.A demonstrated willingness and ability to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality.Highly developed communication skills.Conditions: Wage rates and conditions will be discussed with the successful applicant.
