Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Input into proposals including estimating structural design hoursUndertaking site inspection, investigations and scoping of projectsDetailed structural analysis and design for new infrastructure as well as remedial works or improvements to existing infrastructureTechnical report writing following both client or GHD guidelinesFollowing Australian Standards and Client SpecificationsProject Management of single field structural projects and low complexity multi-discipline projectsContributing to the development of GHD's knowledge and skills in structural engineering including planning, design and construction. What you will bring to the team:

Degree qualified structural or civil engineer10 - 15 years engineering experience, with a focus on the design of steel and concrete structuresExperience with Space Gass, with other analysis software competencies such as Strand7 and ANSYS favourableExperience with WA's Iron Ore Producers or major miners is well regarded, as is experience in a similar organisationHighly developed open communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and self-motivated to succeedFocus on client service, good people relationships and networking skills.
