WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBraze is looking for a Manager, Integrated Campaigns to build and execute integrated campaign strategy across Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for our overall campaign roadmap and execution of multi-channel campaigns including anchor, brand, product and compete campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn overall APAC integrated campaign strategy & framework to drive new business & upsell pipelineDrive the launch of all campaigns on a regional basis by ensuring key metrics and goals of brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline and target audiencesDevelop executive and ABM programs for the regionPartner with APAC field marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing and lifecycle marketing to create integrated campaignsWork closely with global campaign and content teams to incorporate regional nuances in global campaign activationCollaborate with sales, BDR, partner teams to build demand generation programs that resonate well with prospects and customersBuild strong partnership and alignment with teams across global marketing org including content, events, PR, PMM, creative & brand, lifecycle, performance mktgEstablish repeatable processes and communication loops to improve efficiency in launching campaigns globallyOwn key KPIs for tracking impact and ROI for awareness, lead generation and pipelineMeasure, track, and clearly communicate performance of all programs while synthesizing key takeaways to drive future optimizations inclusive of sales feedback to understand message resonance and lead qualityForecast the impact of campaigns on marketing pipeline and funnelWHO YOU AREDrive towards the bigger picture goals of a campaign while effectively managing the parts of the wholeNatural collaborator who knows how to motivate and work with othersFind ways to move things forward regardless of resources or roadblocksAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously6 - 8 years of experience in demand generation and campaigns in a SaaS businessProven track record of managing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIDeep knowledge of the B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue with experience reporting on metrics and driving optimizationsCuriosity about new ways to improve our digital channels productivity, stakeholder engagement efficiency, business process improvement, and user experience ROIDemonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, resolve issues, and effectively advocate for your team.Experience working in high-growth, high-velocity environments
