Milestone IT are currently working with a large Tier 1 organisation that is looking for a Security Architect to join their organisation.
The role: We are looking for Security Architect with AWS experienced in supporting a variety of specialised business domains and support services within a large enterprise. You will consult into business and technology teams to outline the core principals, conceptual and logical security models and controls for designing a secure system solution that protects business value and ensures the solution is designed within the organisations risk appetite.
This is a rare opportunity to join a large Bluechip multinational company on a contract basis.
The role and Day to day will include: Designing and evaluating complex systems for computer securityKeeping up with new technologies for technical expertise and business analysisAddressing challenges in design, business goals, and stakeholder constraints for secure architectureCreate, review, and maintain threat models for key componentsScope, prioritise and review security assessments and vulnerability researchPerforming risk assessments of complex systemsWhat you will bring: Experience in defining and maintaining overall security architecture in an organisation with a heavy focus on data is the key.You will have demonstrable experience in working with key stakeholders within and outside of enterprise security, technology, and enterprise operations.We are looking for candidates with a hands-on view of the world of technology in addition to a strategic mindset.Our target platforms are built with cloud-first in mind so experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP is beneficial.Experience in Penetration testing and preventing any compromise of systemsThis rare opportunity is not going to last long so if you are interested in finding out more than please get in touch asap with Abhi Naik at Milestone IT on03 9670 6682.
