The Role As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the G'day Group's information systems. You will be responsible for analysing complex business requirements, designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions, and providing technical guidance to a team of analysts.You will be a problem solver, strategic thinker, and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills.

Your role responsibilities will include:

·Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications

·Design, develop, and implement scalable and innovative solutions that meet business needs, ensuring system integrity, compatibility, and adherence to industry best practices

·Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of systems analysts, ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks within established timelines

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility

·Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, ensuring high-quality deliverables

·Investigate and resolve complex system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors to implement effective solutions

·Create and maintain accurate system documentation, including specifications, user guides, and process flow diagrams.

·Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and features

·Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance, security, and usability

·Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to systems analysis, and share knowledge with the team

Your Experience A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on complex system analysis and design.

You will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, database management, and system integration.You will have in-depth knowledge of systems analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.You will be experienced with project management methodologies and tools.

You will have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G'day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
