Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast is renowned within the local community as providing our clients with a high level of service, our modern offices are located in Wangara and Osborne Park, Perth WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the expansion of this territory with our care team, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated HR officer who will walk alongside our support team in their care giver journey with us.

The role will involve:

360 full responsibility of the employee life cycle

Developing recruitment initiatives to secure suitable candidates to match who will embrace our values

Recruitment and retention campaigns in alignment with territory growth strategies

Work closely with scheduling team for gaps in workforce and target strategically

Assist senior management and wider team in securing and retaining employees

Assist with training initiatives and successful implementation

Manage employee compliances including mandatory training requirements are attained by all team members

Manage employee records

Qualifications Desirable attributes/qualifications

Understanding of government funding within the Health Care Sector or willingness to learn

Understanding of SCHADS, nurses award, state/federal legislation regarding employment law

Experience in professional development training preferably in Heath Care Sector

Experience in recruitment initiatives with positive outcomes

Current First Aid or willingness to obtain

Be part of the on-call team

Human resources qualification or alternatively work experience in this field

Proficiency in computer skills

Willingness to learn and embrace our values

Current WA drivers licence

Fully comprehensive car insurance or willingness to obtain

National police check
